At the start of foraminifera.eu, we received raw material from the Kasseler Meeressande collected by Dirk Gille in Kassel Stadt and at Gudenberg. Over time, we imaged and identified more than 250 specimens. In 2025, we reviewed and updated these earlier identifications. We also photographed and added more specimens.

For 2026 it is planned to:
- prepare a talk.
